+How to place an order?
Now ordering a product with ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ is so simple as counting 1…2…3…4. First you browse through the web site. Different Categories are allocated for different types of Products, from where you can choose the product of your choice. You can also search a product by typing few key-words in the ‘search option’ available on each page. Now you put the selected product in your shopping basket, by clicking on the link ‘Add to my basket’ provided with every product. Now you will be navigated to the new page ‘My Shopping Basket’. Here you may be able to see the details of the products added to your Shopping Basket. At this stage you can modify the quantity of the product. You can also able to see the real time quantity of each product, available in our stock, which will help you to decide the modified quantity. You can also delete a product from your shopping basket by simply clicking on ‘Delete’ button. If you want to add more products in your shopping basket, you may click on the tab ‘Continue Shopping’ and you will be navigated to the main page of that category. The product added earlier will be remaining in your Shopping Basket. After finalizing your Shopping, click on the tab ‘Submit Order’ and you will be taken to a new page where you will be asked to submit your Shipping Address, if it is different from your Billing Address. You can also modify your billing address. Total summery of your shopping basket along with shipping charges (if any) will also be displayed here. Now by clicking on ‘Confirm Order’ tab, you will be navigated to our payment gateway page where you will be asked to select any one option from Payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Cash Card or Mobile Payment. By selecting your appropriate method of payment, you will be diverted to concerned bank site where actual transaction of money took place. After successful transaction, your shopping will be completed and an “Order Number†will be generated by the system through which you may able to track your order in future. You may also select the option of ‘Cash on Delivery’. In this method of payment you have to pay the order value in cash after actual delivery of the product. Our International customers have to select the option of ‘Pay through PayPal’ in which order number will be generated before actual payment took place. Customer will receive an Invoice on their e-mail address which includes the cost of the product and other charges like shipping charges etc.

+I had put a product in ‘My Shopping Basket’ earlier but while finalizing my order, the product is not visible there. Whatever the reason may be?
Our portal works on real time basis and as soon as, the stock of a product becomes ‘zero’ it is automatically removed from the respective product category and also from the ‘Wish List’ and ‘Shopping Basket’ from the customers. This is done to avoid the duplicity of the orders. You will appreciate that we do not accept orders for those products which are not ready in our stock.

+I am not able to locate a Product now, which I have viewed earlier?
Please type ‘Product Code†or few key words in search menu, available on top of each page and it will help you to locate that product. Even though, if the item is not traceable, one of the reason may be that the product has been ‘Sold Out’ and its stock becomes ‘zero’ or it might had removed from the system permanently.

+Can I order for a product showing ‘Out of Stock’?
No, you cannot order for a product which is presently Out of Stock. Normally, a product which is ‘Out of Stock’ will not be visible on your screen.

+Are the product images actual size?
No, images provided at our web portal may be enlarged or reduced to provide as much information as possible about the products. Sometimes we also provide actual measurements with the description of the products. These informations are often provided in Length, Width, Height or Weight format.

Shipping charges are the amount paid to the courier service or postal department, charged for the delivery of the product from our office to right up to your door step. Presently we are providing ‘FREE SHIPING’ across India. For ‘Global Destinations’ we have tie-up with reputed courier companies who provide insured and trackable logistic services like DHL / Fedex and EMS SPEED POST. Shipping charges varies from country to country and depends upon the weight of the consignment. You can calculate approximate shipping charges which is provided separately under the link ‘Shipping Charges’ on each page.

+What are the ‘payment options’ available?
‘AMG Square Enterprises’ provides you various payment options to enable you an easy, hassle-free and happy shopping. Presently we accept the following ‘Payment Options’: 1. Payment by Credit Card: You can conveniently and securely pay by your Credit Card. We accept the Credit Cards of Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, ezeClick Card and JCB Cards issued by any bank. Now, you can make payments for your products directly through your above Credit Card. 2. Payment by Debit Card: You can conveniently and securely pay by your Debit Card. We accept Debit Cards of Visa - Electron and Plus, MasterCard - Maestro and Rupay Debit Card that has been issued by any bank. 3. Payment by Net Banking: The customers, who did not own a Credit Card or a Debit Card, can also shop online. The Indian Bank Account holders can pay directly from their bank account. We accept payment through Net-Banking and more than 50 banks are associated with us. 4. Payment by Mobile Payment Option: In addition to Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options, we also provides with a convenient Mobile Payment Option for our customers. We accept payments from PayMate and SBI Mobile account holders. 5. Payment by Cash Card Payment Option: Although our all online transactions are highly secured by 128 bit SSL Technology even though the customers who are reluctant to purchase online as they do not want to reveal their sensitive personal and bank informations, we offer them to purchase online through Pre-paid Cash Card. We currently supports four cash card brands – ItzCash Card*, noQ24x7*, Done Card* and OxiCash*. 6. Payment by Unified Payments Interface (UPI): We also accept payment through Unified Payments Interface. UPI is an unique payment system which allow you to instantly transfer money between any two parties’ bank account. There is no need to enter bank account number or IFSC code etc. You have to just enter our payment address which is “amgsquare@upi†6. Payment by Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is an alternate method of payment, performed through a shipping company and allows both the seller and the buyer to minimize the risk of fraud. COD allows a buyer to pay at the time of actual delivery of the product rather than paying in advance. Following are the conditions for COD purchase: I. Max. Order value through COD is restricted to Rs. 10,000/-. II. We do not accept Foreign Currency and Demonetized Currency as payment against COD order. III. Shipping address and Billing address should be same, in case of COD purchase. IV. Pay only valid Indian Currency of appropriate value at the time of delivery to the courier. Payment through any other mode e.g. cheque or demand draft will not be acceptable. 7. Payment by 3 Easy Installments (EMI): For our valued customers, who are interested in bulk purchase, we also accept payment in three easy installments. 8. Payment by NEFT (Bank to Bank Transfer): We do not accept orders against payment through NEFT. Even though if we mutually agreed through NEFT transfer, you can pay directly in our bank account, either through your own internet banking account or by visiting to your bank counter. Necessary details of our bank account are given hereunder. After confirmation of your order through NEFT, we will wait for 72 hours for confirmation of payment. If we does not receive your payment in our account within 72 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled. +How does Cash on Delivery (COD) works?
On ‘Confirm Order’ page, select Cash on Delivery (COD) option as your payment method. This option will be available only if your order value is of Rs. 10,000.00 or less. Check here (through a pop-up window) to confirm the availability of COD facility at your pin-code. Our Courier Partner may not provide COD facility in some of areas. Forget not to provide your correct delivery address, a valid Mobile Number along with a Land Mark. Courier man may contact you over phone to organize a date & time before delivery.

Although ‘AMG Square’ is committed to provide their customers, most of the user friendly options but because of Banking and reconciliation reasons, presently we do not accept payment through Cheque or Money Order.

+Do I get tracking details of my order?
You will receive a shipment notification through SMS and E-mail, once your order is shipped. This notification will provide you the date of dispatch and Tracking details / Docket number / Air Way Bill (AWB) number of the courier. You may also able to track the status of your shipment, from the site of the concerned courier.

+Can I know my order status?
Your delivery will be matured only after receiving full payment in our account. Normally we dispatch your order within 2 working days after receiving the payment at our end. Anyhow, if there is any unusual delay, we will inform you by SMS, E-mail and/or over phone.

We use India’s best courier services like “Delhivery Courierâ€, “FedEx†and “DTDC†to ensure safe and fastest delivery up to your door step. They cover more than 10,000 pin codes. Sometime, we also use EMS Speed Post for shipping of our products to remotest and interior places of India. +What is the delivery time?
Normally we dispatch your order within 2 working days after receiving the payment at our end. Courier service took another 2 to 5 days to deliver the products at your door step depending upon the location and distance. In major cities, it took only 1 to 2 days in delivery. Very rarely, there may be unusual delay on the part of courier service. To ensure prompt delivery, always mention your complete address in the product order form with name of the state, ZIP / Pin code number, name of contact person along with a ‘Land Mark’ and a valid mobie number. You are also requested to be in touch with your local area courier office. All our products are shipped from our Lucknow office.

+Do I have to pay GST or Octroi?
All products displayed at our web site are having a ‘AMG Price Tag’ which is inclusive of GST (wherever applicable) hence you have need not to pay any extra cost on this account. Some states in India have additional levis like Octroi. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay the Octroi because it is charged by the Customer’s State Govt. (there are very few items on which Octroi is applicable). In case delivery person asks for any amount against ‘Octroi’ then please pay and forget not to take a receipt.

+I want delivery of the product to a different address?
Your order will be shipped to the payee’s address (billing address) mentioned while confirming your order. If you want to gift your order to someone, your beloved, mention his/her name and address at recipient’s address (shipping address) while making an order. If you have ordered for more than one product which have to be delivered on two different addresses then you must submit two different orders for each address. Anyhow you can make full payment by single mode of payment. In this case Both Orders will be treated as separate order for calculating ‘shipping Charges’. COD facility will not be available if ‘Shipping Address’ is different from ‘Billing Address’.

No, we do not provide items in gift wrapped packing.

Normally we provide our services to our retail customers only. Anyhow, there are few items, which are very exclusive and not easily available in the open market, we may consider the order. You may mail your requirement to us and we will get back to you.

Yes, we always provide a invoice / bill for every purchase. The invoice / bill will be dispatched along with the product.

+If I am not satisfied with the product, can I return the same?
We deal only in Brand New, Authentic and Quality products and we guarantee for the quality and genuineness of the products sold at out site. Images of our all products are displayed on our portal so that you could able to select the colour and design of your choice. We are committed for Total Satisfaction of our customers. In rarest case, if you are not happy by any of our product, you must return it with its original packing material within seven days of the receipt of the product. We will arrange for its suitable replacement or refund of money after deducting re-stocking charges, as the case may be. Courier charges for return shipment of the product will be borne by the customer. Normally Refund / replacement will be possible in following cases: 1. If the product delivered is found defective. 2. If the product received is found in damaged condition. 3. If the delivered product is not same as you ordered. Refund / replacement will not be possible in following cases: 1. If product is purchased from “Clearance Sale†section. 2. If the product is purchased from “Combo Offer†section. 3. Product sent as “Complimentary Gift†will not be replaced / exchanged. 4. Normally we do not return / replace Cotton and Silk products. 5. If you return the product, without getting clearance from our Customer Care Team. 6. Customized products will not be taken back. 7. If product is not returned within seven days from the actual date of delivery. 8. If product is unfolded and not folded properly thus loosing its Gleam and Luster. 9. Products will not be replaced because of slight difference in shade of color. 10. If product is damaged because of mishandling and misuse at customers end. 11. If the product has been used, altered or damaged by customer in any way by customer. 12. If product is not received in its original packing. 13. If a product is ordered in exchange of a previous order shall not be eligible for exchange / return. 14. Saree, in which Fall / Pico has been applied, shall not be returned / exchanged. 15. The product being returned should not be used, altered or washed by customer. If it is used, damaged or altered then return / exchange would not be processed. 16. “Jewellery†will not be returned / exchanged.

+I have received the consignment in damaged condition, what should I do?
We, at ‘AMG Square Enterprises’, take good care in packaging of the product to ensure safe delivery and we ship all products in sealed condition. In case delivery man offer you the consignment, having damaged packing, fully or partially opened packing or if you feel that packing has been tampered in any form, please do not accept to receive the product, refuse to take the delivery and inform us immediately over WhatsApp / phone / E-mail . We will take up the matter with the concerned courier company.

+Note:
Based on our past experience, it has been observed that where our pre-paid shipments took 2 to 3 days for delivery in Metro Cities, the shipments sent through COD took 3 to 5 days for delivery because our Service Provider for COD are different from the pre-paid courier service provider.
In case you require the order on URGENT basis or require a time bound delivery then you are requested to process your payment in advance through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking instead of choosing COD as payment option.
Our COD Service Provider will make at least two attempts to pick-up cash at delivery address and if they failed to deliver the shipment, the same will be returned to our office. In such cases to and fro courier charges will have to be paid by customer.
Customers are requested to provide their active mobile number along with address and please ensure that the contact number should not be switched off during course of shipment. Delivery person may (or may not) contact over phone before attempting for delivery.
Before handing over cash to delivery person, please check the parcel for any physical damage or pilferage. Delivery person will not allow you to open the parcel before receiving the cash.
In case of unusual delay (i.e. more than one week of actual shipment from our warehouse) please contact our customer care mentioning your order number and AWB number (Airway bill number i.e. courier tracking number) of shipment.

Following are the conditions for COD purchase: Please check your PIN Code for availability of COD facility. There is no restriction for min. order value but Max. Order value should not exceed more than Rs. 10,000/-. We do not accept Foreign Currency or Demonetized Currency as payment against COD order. Customized products will not be shipped through COD. If you have selected customized products then please opt for a pre-paid order. Shipping address and Billing address should be same, in case of COD purchase. Pay only cash at the time of delivery to the courier. Payment through any other mode e.g. Cheque or Demand Draft will not be acceptable.
