‘AMG Square Enterprises’ reserves the right to discontinue, add or modify any product from its portal, at any time without prior notice. ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ reserves the right to accept, cancel, alter or postpone the delivery of the product, in any circumstances beyond its control.
If you visit the portal of ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ and make any business relation with us, you are automatically agree to bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ and ‘you’ for the supply of the product(s) only. No other Terms and Conditions apply. The contract and its Terms and Conditions can not be varied unless we agree to change it in writing.
We only sell and ship products within India. We will not make deliveries out side India.
This site is designed, created and controlled by `AMG Square Enterprises’. In case of any discrepancy, dispute or disclaimer, the Laws of India shall apply and Courts of Lucknow (UP) shall be the jurisdiction.
Price of a Product:
‘AMG Square Enterprises’ is committed to provide you only genuine products and that too almost at wholesale price i.e. far below its MRP. The MRP and AMG’s offer price is displayed with each product on our web site. All prices are in Indian Rupee and inclusive of GST (wherever applicable). Most of the products shipped free within India. Shipping Charges are applicable in few cases which are displayed with each product and have to pay by the Customer in addition to AMG’s offer price (for details please see ‘Shipping Charges’).
Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and AMG Price:
All prices are in Indian Rupee (INR).
MRP is Maximum Retail Price, printed on most of our products. The MRP is decided by the manufacturer itself. It includes the distributor’s profit, dealer’s profit, and retailer’s profit. Wholesale price is far below than the MRP. AMG Price is the price offered by “AMG Square Enterprises’ which is far below than MRP. Actually we procure the selected items, in bulk quantity, most of the times directly from the manufacturer and reduce the overheads made on maintaining a show room, advertisements of its products, promotion of sales persons and middleman, commission holders and thus we save a considerable amount, which is ultimately extended to our customers, in terms of discount on MRP.
‘AMG Square Enterprises is an online shop and does not have to spend on setting up its show-room. We thus save on the various overheads that goes into setting up a showroom. We can afford to pass on this advantage to our customers in terms of better pricing. The online model also allows us to work with minimum inventory and provides further savings on inventory carrying costs. Therefore our business model allows us to save costs in multiple ways and we are able to offer you the best prices without compromising on product quality.
Shipping charges are the amount paid to the courier service or postal department, charged for the delivery of the product from our office to right up to your door step. Most of the times we provide ‘Free Shipping’ within India.
As per our present Shipment Policy, we provide ‘Free Shipping’ across India.
In few cases, shipping charges are compulsorily applicable (mentioned against such products), which have to be borne by the customer.
Festive Discounts or Schemes:
“AMG Square Enterprises” does not believe in such lucrative offers because any business house does not pay such discount from their own pocket. We are celebrating round the year as festive season and always try to provide, the latest arrivals at the least prices. Any scheme, offered by the manufacturer will be promptly displayed on our portal and extended to our customers. We do not allow any further discount on our displayed prices.
‘AMG Square Enterprises’ provide a photograph, brief description and specifications on its portal with each product. These details are based on, as provided by the manufacturer / vendor. All attempts are made to provide these informations to be as accurate as possible. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on its portal, the same should not been quoted as a statement of law or used for any legal purpose. ‘AMG Square does not take any responsibility for any error in its description, specification, price, color or its design.
Risk of Loss or Damage during Transit:
‘AMG Square Enterprises’ have a contract with its official courier for safe and secured delivery at your door step. We take all care while packing and forwarding a product. If you found the shipment in damaged / tampered condition, you please refuse to take delivery from the deliveryman and inform us immediately over phone / E-mail. Item lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced free of cost.
Once you have received the product and after opening the consignment, found any item missing or product found in damaged condition, please return the product in unused condition, without opening the seal, in its original packing, within 3 days to us. We will arrange for refund or replacement of the product at the earliest. Courier charges for shipment of the product will be born by the customer.
Return of Product, if not satisfied:
We are committed for total satisfaction of our customers. Any how, some times, delivered product may differ slightly in color or design compared to what shown on our web site (particularly in apparel range of products, which are hand died and hand embroidered).
In very rare cases, if you are not satisfied with any of our product, and the seal has not been broken, you can return it in its original packing material, within 7 days of receiving of the shipment. We will refund the full amount after deducting the re-stocking charges (as the case may be). Courier charges for shipment of the product will be borne by the customer. We will be responsible only for refund of the products, purchased from ‘AMG Square Enterprises’.
All orders are tried to deliver within 3 to 5 working days, on first come first serve basis, after receipt of full payment in our account. Normally we ensure sufficient inventory of all products, displayed on our web site but there may be few item, running out of stock, due to delay in supply chain from the manufacturer. Some handmade apparel range like Chikankari and hand-woven Silk etc. took considerable time in manufacturing. Product having long gestation period, expected delivery period is mentioned with the description of the product. In case of any unusual delay, we will inform you over phone or by SMS / E-mail. Once your order is shipped from our end, you will receive a shipment notification through SMS and E-mail.
We are not responsible for any delay due to incomplete address of the customer, non-availability of addressee at the place of delivery or delay on the part of courier. We are also not responsible for delay / non-delivery of the purchased product, due to holiday, transport strike, flood, fire, bundh of political parties, riots and other natural calamities or act of the God, which is beyond control of the management of ‘AMG Square Enterprises’.
To be safer side, customers are requested to put clear, legible and complete address along with contact number on product order form and take 10-15 days margin as delivery time.
At ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ we take good care in packaging to ensure safe delivery of products, right up to your door step. We use best available packing material and our personnel are well trained in packing of the product.
Even though if you found the product in damage condition, please return the product in unused condition, without opening the seal, in its original packing, within 7 days to us. We will arrange for refund or replacement of the product at the earliest. Courier charges for shipment of the product will be born by the customer.
We check all the items for their functions and features before they dispatched, so that our customers may not face any problem while using the product. Even though, if you observe any problem or found the product faulty, please inform us immediately over phone / E-mail and return the product, unused, within 3 days, in its original packing. We will arrange for prompt replacement or get it serviced or may offer a refund, if the product is running out of stock.
We check each and every product and all the accessories (supplied by the manufacturer with the product) included in the packing. You will appreciate that we have incorporated a double layer checking system, so that there may not be any possibility for a missing item. Even though you are requested to open and verify / inspect your shipment immediately after receipt. Any complaint regarding missing item must be informed us immediately over phone and by e-mail.
We are committed for total satisfaction of our customers and we honor the complaints of our customers in following conditions:
- Customer should not accept the shipment if tampered or damaged.
- Inform immediately over phone regarding missing item or type of damage and also E-mail us.
- Damage product should be returned in original packing, within 7 days of receipt of material.
- If the product is unused, new, seal has not been broken / damaged / opened, it can be returned within 7 days of the delivery.
- Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Re-stocking charges (whatever the case may be) will be deducted in case of refund.
- We will not able to return used products. Any how we can arrange for servicing under warranty clause, if applicable.
- We will also not able to return the products, damaged because of mishandling or misuse.
- We will not able to return the products, if seal is broken (applicable for the products which are supplied in sealed condition).
After Sales Service:
We deal only in branded and reputed products, having service centre network all over India. Applicable manufacturer warranty is clearly mentioned with each product description and displayed on the web site. We also offer manufacturer’s warranty card and genuine bill so that you can avail the warranty at any service centre of the respective company, nearer to you / located in your city. To locate the authorized service centre you may log on to the web site of respective company or may contact at their customer care centre. Even though, if you do not have any service centre nearer to you or you are facing any problem, you can send the product directly to us and we will arrange for proper action. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In case you have ordered for two or more products, and if any of the product is running out of stock and there is considerable delay in its procurement, then we may not be able to dispatch that product along with other items. In this case we will deliver the items available in ready stock and in this case order will be treated as ‘Partial Shipment’. A bill of material, supplied with the shipment will show you the products dispatched and left out products of your order. Status of partial shipment will also be informed to you over phone and SMS / E-mail.
You will also be informed for expected date of delivery for remaining items. You may also cancel your order for remaining items and may ask for refund of balance amount, if you are not willing to wait till procurement.
When balance item of your order will be available with us, we will dispatch it with prior information to you. In such case, if there is any extra shipping cost, the same will be borne by us.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- Please select your correct shipping option and fill full and correct address with contact numbers. In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery address, at the time of ordering the product, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. You have to pay the actual shipping charges before dispatch of the product.
- Even though, if shipment is free for a product, if it is redelivered, because of your fault, then you have to pay the actual shipping charges before dispatch of the product.
- In this competitive market, all prices are subject to change frequently. ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ reserves the right to change the price of any of its displayed product, without any prior notice. Customers are requested to confirm the prevailing prices from our web site before placing an order.
- ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ reserves the right to discontinue, add or modify any product from its portal, at any time without prior notice.
- ‘AMG Square Enterprises’ reserves the right to accept, cancel, alter or postpone the delivery of the product, in any circumstances beyond its control.
- Normally any request for cancellation / modification / alteration of an order will not be entertained after payment is credited in our account.
